New Direction 2007
On May 15th, 2007, Philadelphia voters headed to the polls and chose a new mayor and three new City Council members. We are very happy to announce that one of the candidates supported by NewDirectionPhilly.org, Maria D. Quiñones-Sanchez, was among the winners. Other candidates made a strong showing in what was an important election for those who want change in Philadelphia.
We would like to thank everyone who supported our efforts and also look to the future as we continue to support positive change for Philadelphia.
